The hotel's decoration is elegant and has a charming vintage feel, which I really enjoyed. The general areas of the hotel, such as the lobby and lounge, were comfortable and well-maintained. I found the hotel to be accessible for senior people, with easy navigation and no significant obstacles that would hinder mobility.

I would have appreciated more attentive and considerate service from the staff, especially the younger employees.

Good Location , In front of the Beach , close to the city and the station , easy to access Cinque Terre by train .

The Restaurant has not so many choice for dinner ,However the taste was good .All Hot water for bath was a little bit Brownish .

For a Superior Double Room, it was extremely small. Also, I found broken glass on the floor of the room & it sounded like a tap was running continually from the room above, which was a nuisance through the night as I'm a light sleeper.

The rooms here are spacious and the continental breakfast served is always good; the central location, friendly staff, and pleasant pool area add to the positive experience.

Disappointing aspect was very small bathroom.

The panoramic outdoor swimming pool on the top floor was like a little piece of heaven, offering breathtaking views of the Portofino promontory and the Gulf of Tigullio. I felt like I was swimming on top of the world!

Very nice hotel with excellent location (on the waterfront, near the railway station, very convenient to travel to outlying areas). Nearby are many cafes, shops, close - a supermarket. Disadvantages: beach hotel charge, a small, water is not very clean because of the sand. But the right has a very good municipal pebble beaches, where clean water and a few people. Amenities excellent sound insulation, good plumbing, conveniently located with air conditioning. Very pleasant staff, cleanliness (daily change of linen), excellent breakfast. We are pleased to be stopped again.

delicious food for dinner and breakfast. bright, absolutely fabulous room with a private bathroom and hairdryers, a bidet, and shower caps. location really close to the promenade and the town centre, the hotels `` own '' beach and the bay of silence.

The room had a spacious and clean bathroom, good service, delicious food, family-friendly atmosphere, fantastic facilities, and convenient on-site parking.

I like the location - just across the road from the beach and easy access 2-3 mins into town. Also it has a swimming pool on the roof with beautiful views across the bay.

The breakfast! - Why on earth do they have a Nescafe self serve coffee machine (ie an office vending machine) in a 4* hotel. This is Italy where it is almost impossible to get bad coffee except here. Also cheap ham, tastelss cheese and bad yogurt. Go out to the cafe on the corner for a lovely cafe or cappucino and brioche(croissant( instead

The best was the rooftop tarrace with a small pool and beautiful view of Florence. And good service with free sandwiches and snacks.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming. the hotel had an excellent location close to everything, including the train station that takes you to Genova or Cinque Terre. - the service, in general, was good. - Free Wi-Fi throughout the property was really handy. - My continental breakfast was excellent.

It was a lovely hotel, but very over-priced at £250 per room. It was not this luxurious: rooms were smallish and the breakfast buffet poor for the price with awful coffee (machine)
